Frequently asked questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the series and tooling. Samples and pilot lots are supported for most standard items — state your target quantity and annual usage in the RFQ and we quote accordingly.
Can you build to our drawings and standards?
Yes — build-to-print is our main mode. Board assembly follows IPC-A-610 Class 2 or Class 3 as specified, harnesses follow IPC/WHMA-A-620, and our engineers flag any tolerance or material concern before quotation.
How do you control quality?
Incoming inspection on every lot of material, AOI and electrical test in-process, and 100% outgoing inspection before packing. Each carton carries a traceable lot code; third-party inspection is welcome.
What are your lead times and shipping terms?
Typical lead time is 10–30 days depending on tooling and test coverage. We quote EXW, FOB or CIF and coordinate sea, rail or air freight — ESD-safe and moisture-barrier packed where the part requires it.
How fast do you answer an RFQ?
Quotations go out within 24 hours on working days. New tooled parts may take 48 hours with a DFM review included.
